The English department is collaborative and well-resourced, providing the tools and guidance to help you succeed as you begin your teaching journey.   The Candidate The school is looking for a dedicated and reflective English ECT who is eager to grow within a dynamic learning environment.   You should have: A degree in English or a closely related subject QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2026 Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching English Excellent communication and classroom management skills A collaborative attitude and commitment to professional development  The School Situated in the Ward of Northfield, this ‘Good’ secondary school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong pastoral care, and focus on student achievement.
