A High achieving primary school in Oxford are searching for English graduates to join their learning support team during the new academic year. This primary school is dedicated to ensuring all of their pupils receive the best support during their education and recognizes that some students need additional help with core subjects. Therefore, the ideal candidate for this role will be someone willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each pupil has an equal chance in learning.
As the primary school is seeking graduates for this role of learning support assistant, there is not an expectation that candidates will have teaching qualifications, however this does serve as a bonus. The primary school has pledged that their chosen candidate will be provided with training upon the beginning of their role as learning support assistant, and will be supported throughout their time in the position. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to gain invaluable experience in the primary classroom setting, as well as providing a critical service in supporting students who need additional support.
This role will take place in all primary classroom settings, from EYFS to KS1 and KS2. This will provide the chosen learning support assistant with extensive exposure all different levels of education and learning, and will allow them to have a wide spread impact across a fantastic primary school.
