About the Role:
As an English Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with students who require targeted support to improve their reading, writing, and comprehension skills. You will deliver tailored interventions designed to boost confidence, accelerate progress, and foster a love of language.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-based English interventions
· Assess student needs and track progress effectively
· Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN teams to support individual learning plans
· Help raise standards of literacy across the school
