Job Description

Are you an English Teacher, GCSE English Lecturer or Tutor looking for your next opportunity? Perhaps you're currently working in a school environment and are keen to move into Further Education, where you can make a real difference to learners preparing for their future careers and studies.

You'll be joining a successful and well-respected education provider in Surrey as an English specialist, becoming part of a dedicated and supportive teaching team.

A salary of up to £39,700 is available depending on qualifications and experience, alongside an attractive benefits package and generous holiday entitlement.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, and based at a campus location within Surrey with good transport links from surrounding areas. Easily accessible from Woking, Ashford, Weybridge, Guildford, Walton-on-Thames, Esher, Epsom, Staines-upon-Thames and the wider Surrey area.

You'll be delivering GCSE English to learners from a range of backgrounds, planning engaging lessons that build confidence, improve attainment and help students achieve their qualifications. Beyond the classroom, you'll support learner progress, contribute to curriculum development and work closely with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all.
