About the Role
The school is looking for someone who can:
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4
Help students find their voice, sharpen their thinking, and build a love for literature
Set high expectations for behaviour and effort no excuses culture
Contribute to ongoing curriculum development
(If applicable) Take on additional responsibilities with a TLR2C, depending on experience
About You

Is a strong classroom practitioner with a sound understanding of how children learn
Brings up-to-date subject and pedagogical knowledge
Has a clear passion for English and for making a difference
Is committed to continuous improvement for students and themselves

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
