One of our well-regarded and popular secondary schools in Maidstone are seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher to join their team from January 2026 or April 2026. About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 to KS5, taking full ownership of planning, assessment, and classroom management. The school values creativity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English up to KS5

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
