Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be supporting one of our partner secondary schools in Northamptonshire seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of English to join their vibrant and dedicated English department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an English teacher who is passionate about language, literature, and communication - and who can inspire students to become confident, articulate, and creative thinkers. You'll teach across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to A-Level if desired, delivering engaging lessons that develop literacy, critical analysis, and a love of reading.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS and a degree in English or a related subject.
Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and creative teaching strategies.
Be able to foster enthusiasm for both classic and contemporary texts.
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
