English Teacher 

Salary: £180 - £250 per day / Pay to Scale (annum)
 Contract Type: Temp to Perm
 Location: Luton

Role Overview:
 We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary English Teacher (QTS) to join a thriving secondary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and challenge students across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As an English Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Support curriculum planning and development within the English department.
Foster a love of literature and language, helping students develop strong reading and writing skills.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where needed.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English at secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with GCSE and A-Level specifications.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
