We're Looking For An Experienced Leader Who Can Demonstrate
Consistently excellent classroom teaching and deep subject expertise in English.
Leadership qualities: ability to guide, support and develop a team; coach colleagues; and foster collaborative practice.
A proven track record of raising pupil achievement, including at GCSE/A-level (or equivalent).
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A reflective, growth-oriented mindset - ready to lead, learn and drive continuous improvement.
Confidence to influence curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and department-wide initiatives.
