English Teacher – East Riding Secondary School (January 2025 Start)
 Full-Time | Long-Term | Paid to Scale

Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the East Riding from January 2025. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring students and delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Teach English language and literature to KS3 and KS4 pupils

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that support student progress

Contribute to the wider school community and departmental responsibilities

Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
