Job Overview:
 * This school caters for students aged 11-19.
 * Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher role.
 * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons to secondary students in Colchester.
 * Assess, track, and adapt learning to meet individual student needs.
 * Support students in developing literacy, communication, and independence skills.
 * Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and wider staff within the Colchester school setting.
