Supply Teachers – Secondary English Teacher
Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full Time – Long Term
Salary: £130 – £150 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

We’reseeking enthusiastic, qualified Secondary English Teacherswith both PPA and non-PPA options available to join our supply team across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Inspire students to develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
Support pupil progress and maintainaccurate assessment records
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team
Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures

Candidate Requirements
A degree in English or a closely related subject (essential)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)
Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4
A genuine enthusiasm for literature and language, with the ability to make lessons engaging for all learners
Strong classroom management and communication skills
