Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons at KS3 and KS4
Foster a love of reading, writing, and discussion
Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide literacy initiatives
Participate in CPD and whole-school events
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in English or related subject
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English
Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
Creative, reflective, and driven to make a difference
Excellent communication and collaboration
