English Teacher
First for Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join one of our excellent partner secondary schools in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a QTS/QTLS or PGCE.
Essential for the Secondary English Role:
* Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS/QTLS).
* Experience teaching KS3 & KS4.
* Good classroom and behaviour management.
* Extensive knowledge of the current curriculum.
* Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* You will be required to do all planning, marking and preparation for the classes you are responsible for as well as attending school meetings and parent's evening
All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.
All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.
