At Eagle Park School, we are proud to be a vibrant, happy, and caring specialist school for pupils with autism. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated SEN English Teacher to join our experienced and compassionate team, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:
As our SEN English Teacher, you will:
Deliver creative and adaptive English lessons across KS3 & KS4 tailored to the individual needs of learners.
Use a wide range of inclusive strategies to support students with autism and associated needs.
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including TAs, therapists, and leadership.
Promote high expectations, develop literacy skills, and nurture a lifelong love of reading and communication.
Contribute to curriculum development and help shape innovative, inclusive approaches to learning.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified or unqualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/ECT) with experience or interest in working within an SEN or autism-specific setting.
A passion for English and literacy and the ability to bring the subject alive for neurodiverse learners.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
A reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative team and values every learner as unique.
Commitment to inclusive education and working in partnership with families.
