English Teacher (Teacher in Charge of Key Stage 3 English)
Location: Tower Hamlets
A unique opportunity has emerged for a highly motivated and experienced English Teacher to take on the role of Teacher in Charge (TiC) of Key Stage 3 English at an ambitious secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The Role
The English Teacher (TiC of Key Stage 3 English) will:
* Deliver inspirational English lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a particular focus on leading Key Stage 3.
* Oversee the planning, delivery, and assessment of the Key Stage 3 English curriculum.
* Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies for Key Stage 3 pupils.
* Coach and support other teachers within the Key Stage 3 English team.
* Contribute to departmental meetings and wider school improvement initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:
