The Role:
As an English Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, literacy, and a love for English
Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of a diverse student
Work collaboratively with other teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leads
Contribute to a curriculum that inspires confidence and communication in every student
Support whole-school initiatives and contribute positively to school life
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge and a love of English literature and language
Experience of working with diverse student needs, including SEN, is desirable
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
A reflective, resilient, and team-oriented approach
