Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-respected secondary school in Cheshire East in their search for an enthusiastic and talented English Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

The Role:
Delivering engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and preparing lessons in line with national curriculum requirements
Supporting pupils in developing key literacy, analytical and communication skills
Preparing students for GCSE English Language and Literature exams
Contributing to curriculum development and wider school life
About You:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature
Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is welcomed but not essential)
Able to inspire and motivate pupils of varying abilities
A collaborative and reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
