Job Description
Monarch Education is currently recruiting for an English teacher to join a mixed comprehensive school (GOOD rating from OFSTED) in West Bromwich from September 2025. The school are a part of a successful multi-academy trust that pride themselves on the opportunities and progression they provide for their staff.

Create and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to various age groups
Foster hands on learning experienced through projects

A-level experience would be advantageous but not essential
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environmentREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field
Qualified Teacher status with expertise in English
Proven success of implementing effective lesson plans
