* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English.
* Proven experience teaching English Teacher lessons effectively at all secondary key stages, with a track record of strong student outcomes.
* A deep and current understanding of the English curriculum and a commitment to innovative, engaging teaching methods.
* Excellent communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire literacy and critical thought.
