Job Description

English Teacher – Wolverhampton, West Midlands About the Role Revolve Collective, recruiting on behalf of local schools in the Wolverhampton area, is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our network. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, dependent on experience, and could be either a long-term contract or a permanent position, with a start date in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic English educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting the academic and personal development of young people at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on experience). The successful candidate will engage and inspire students, helping them develop strong literacy skills, confidence, and a love for English language and literature. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons in line with the national curriculum. * Support the academic progress and well-being of students across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable). * Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, achievement, and a passion for reading and writing. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress. * Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and extra-curricular literacy activities. About You * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. * Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4/KS5). * Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. * Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. * Understanding and experience working with children with SEN or SEMH (desirable). Why Join Revolve Collective? At Revolve Collective, we go beyond recruitment. When you join us, you benefit from: * Guaranteed pay options (terms and conditions apply). * A dedicated consultant providing 24/7 personalised support. * Ongoing training and CPD to aid your professional development. * Access to well-being initiatives, including partnerships with Sanctuary Mental Health, well-being days, and care packages. * Flexible work opportunities (full-time, part-time, flexible). * A generous and increasing referral scheme — the more educators you recommend, the greater the reward. * The chance to be part of an organisation that pledges 10% of profits to initiatives that directly improve the lives of children — your work creates wider positive impact. * A say in how we evolve — we welcome your ideas on how we can enhance both our services and your experience as a valued member of our community
