English Teacher - Full Time - September Start - Chiswick, West London - Long Term/Perm
Are you a dedicated and passionate English Teacher looking to help shape the lives of young autistic children?
We are currently recruiting for a English Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in Chiswick, West London. This fantastic special needs school go above and beyond for their students, working in smaller classrooms with a holistic curriculum to encourage learner engagement and student progression.
This school is currently having an expansion where a new secondary site will be open from September.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Know how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
Adapt teaching style to meet the personalised needs of each learner
Plan and teach high quality lessons across key stage 3 and 4
Teach a mix of English, History and Drama Benefits:
