Are you passionate about education and want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people?
Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting a purpose built school for learners with Social, Emotional mental Health needs.
The school caters for up to 88 learners, and strive to nurture and cultivate self esteem and confidence. Standards for behaviour are high, and matched with a positive ethos of mutual respect.
We need a full time English Teacher on a Temp-Perm basis Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm Starting September.
As an English Teacher you will creative and deliver inclusive and diverse lesson plans, as well as confidently cover a variety of subjects throughout the school.
The school would like to meet potential candidates before the summer break!
What we’re looking for:
* Teachers with QTS- Not necessarily in the English subject
* Experience of supporting learners with SEMH
* Experience in teaching the English curriculm
* An interest in supporting children with additional needs.
* A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude.
Successful candidates must have:
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one
* At least two references including most recent/current employer.
* Right to work in the UK.
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
