Job Description
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join a dynamic and high-
performing department in Gloucester. This full-time Head of Department role starts this
September and is ideal for a candidate eager to make a lasting impact in a vibrant school
community.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach across KS3–KS5 and lead curriculum
development and mentor team members. Applications are welcome from both ECTs and
experienced educators.
