Smile Education is excited to be working in partnership with a thriving secondary school near Coventry, who are looking to welcome a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to their team from September 2025 — or sooner for the right candidate!

Role Overview: As an English Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging, well-planned lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 in line with the national curriculum. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture, where students are encouraged to express themselves and develop strong communication skills. You may occasionally be asked to teach general subjects to support school needs.
You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team, with ongoing professional development opportunities and the chance to make a real difference in students' academic journeys.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ A degree in English with QTS (or equivalent)
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a love for English
✅ Confident classroom management and motivational teaching style
✅ A genuine passion for helping young people grow in confidence and ability
