What’s the Role?
As an English Tutor, you'll work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, delivering high-quality, personalised tuition that makes a real difference.
Your sessions will focus on:
Supporting Key Stage 2–4 learners with core English skills
Helping with grammar, reading comprehension, writing techniques, and exam strategies
Building confidence and motivation through patient, tailored teaching
Monitoring progress and celebrating milestones along the way
Who Are We Looking For?
You'll need:
Experience working with students in an educational setting
Great communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach
A nurturing attitude and a genuine desire to support learners
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
