Salary: £140 – £223.63 per day (dependent on experience and scale)
About the role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a passionate and adaptable Supply English Teacher to work across a range of secondary schools in the East Riding of Yorkshire. You will deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, using either pre-prepared materials or your own planning. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
Have experience teaching English at KS3/KS4 (applications from ECTs are welcomed)
Be confident managing classroom behaviour and adapting to different school environments
Provide two references, including one from a recent teaching post
Be flexible, reliable, and ideally have access to your own transport to travel to schools across East Riding
Hold, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
