We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Windsor from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping pupils build confidence, critical thinking and strong communication skills.
The Role
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that stretch and inspire learners
Prepare students for GCSE examinations, raising attainment and progress
Use creative strategies to engage pupils with reading, writing and analysis
Support literacy development across the school and contribute to the wider curriculum
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching English at KS3/KS4
Strong subject knowledge and a proven ability to raise pupil outcomes
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
