What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
Delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Planning, preparing, and assessing to ensure excellent progress for all learners
Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every pupil feels valued
Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a high-achieving English department
Essential Qualifications
QTS or QTLS status (or working towards it)
Recent teaching experience in English at Secondary level (KS3/KS4)
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language
Ability to motivate, inspire and support pupils of all abilities
