We're looking for talented English specialists to join a variety of secondary schools across Swindon and Wiltshire from September 2025 - July 2026. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, we have flexible roles to suit you, from short-term cover to long-term contracts with the potential for permanent opportunities.
💷 Pay starts at £150 per day for ECTs and rises in line with the pay scale up to UPS3 (PAYE).

About the role:
We're looking for teachers with a love of English Literature and Language who can inspire students up to KS4. You'll bring strong subject knowledge, creative lesson planning, and a commitment to helping students grow in confidence and ability.
What we're looking for:
* QTS (preferred) or proven English teaching experience
* Degree and/or teaching qualifications in English or a related subject
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* A track record of engaging, inspiring lessons at secondary level
* Commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and school values
