Zest Education are seeking an experienced Teacher of English to join a secondary school in the Solihull area. This is a full time teaching role, where planning and marking will be required. The role is due to commence ASAP and will run for the rest of the academic year.
The school is part of a Multi Academy Trust that provides a strong and supportive system to all staff and students. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students from KS3 to KS5. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the curriculum and the ability to effectively plan lessons that challenge and support students’ learning. Strong classroom and behaviour management is essential.
The school offers on-site parking for staff and is easily accessible by public transport. This provides convenient commuting options for teachers based in and around central Birmingham.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Relevant degree in English or a related field
– Strong knowledge of the KS3-KS5 English curriculum
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
