The Role – English Teacher
We are seeking a committed and resilient English Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
You will be expected to:
* Plan and deliver English lessons
* Support students emotionally and behaviourally
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
Experience with challenging behaviour and a trauma-informed approach is essential.
