The Role – English Teacher
We are seeking a committed English Teacher to join a specialist alternative provision in Lambeth. The school supports pupils aged 5–16 with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, and moderate learning difficulties. Many students are preverbal and working within the foundation stages of learning, so a flexible and creative approach to teaching is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience planning and delivering differentiated English lessons, using strategies such as Attention Autism, TEACCH, and SCERTS. You’ll work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to create a therapeutic and structured learning environment.
