An Outstanding-rated Independent Prep School in Watford is urgently seeking an inspiring English Teacher to join their thriving English department. This is a rare full-time, permanent opportunity to teach motivated pupils in Years 5-8 (KS2-KS3) within a school renowned for its academic excellence, exceptional leadership, and supportive community.

The Role
Position: Full-Time English Teacher (Years 5-8, KS2-KS3)
Start Date: After October Half-Term - 3rd November
Small class sizes of approximately 15 students with good behaviour
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Help pupils develop strong literacy, analytical, and creative writing skills
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the school's outstanding academic standards
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching English at KS2 and/or KS3
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young learners
Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
