Requirements
The desired English Teacher will;
Set high expectations for pupils, removing all barriers to learning.
Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment where all students make outstanding progress.
Be responsible for assessing students against learning outcomes and ensuring all groups of students make progress.
Encourage students to have the highest of aspirations and equip them with the tools they need to become resilient.
Be hardworking and self-motivated.
Have a good knowledge of the UK Curriculum.
PGCE in English with QTS and right to work in the UK.
Suitable for ECTs!
