We are working in partnership with a mixed secondary academy in the Rickmansworth area of Hertfordshire seeking an English Teacher for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who can quickly settle into the department and provide high-quality English teaching.
The Role
English Teacher
Secondary, teaching English across the relevant key stages
Immediate start
Based in the Rickmansworth area of Hertfordshire
Teaching within an established 11–18 school
Full class teaching responsibilities
Planning, teaching and assessment in line with the school curriculumThe School
Mixed 11–18 secondary academy with a sixth form
Approximately 1,200 pupils on roll
Catholic school with a clear faith-based ethos; the school describes its curriculum as bringing together faith, culture and life
The curriculum is broad and balanced through Years 7–9, becoming increasingly personalised from Years 10–13
