English Teacher - Southport We're looking for inspiring English Teachers who can help students build confidence in their communication skills at our local schools in Southport. For this role we are offering £150 - £220 per day- which is negotiable depending on experience. This role is best suited for teachers who are passionate about inspiring young minds, eager to innovate in the classroom, and committed to nurturing every student's potential. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) - we can help with this. Can teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4. Brings energy, innovation, and emotional intelligence to the classroom. Genuinely believes in the power of language to change lives. Want's to grow within a school that's going places.Duties: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English Language and Literature (KS3-KS4). Regularly assess student work using formative and summative assessment techniques. Liaise with parents/carers regarding student progress and behaviour. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Use a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and abilities. Participate in department and whole-school meetings.All candidates will be required to undergo child protection and UK eligibility checks, and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
