The Role
As Key Stage 3 English Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping and leading the KS3 English curriculum, ensuring students develop strong foundations in reading, writing, and analytical thinking. The Ideal Candidate Will
* Be a qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Have experience teaching Key Stages 3-5 (or a strong desire to teach A-Level)
* Be dedicated to inspiring students and fostering a deep love for English literature and language
* Be passionate about creating interactive, thought-provoking, and enriching lessons
* Be willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader school community
