Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in English and across the wider curriculum, both one-on-one and in small groups
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment
* Provide academic and emotional support tailored to students’ needs
* Gain first-hand experience of life in a classroom and insight into teaching as a career

Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a degree in Science or a related field
* Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
* Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and adaptability
* Is available for full-time work during school hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
* Has the right to work in the UK and lives in or near Wiltshire
* Has, or is willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
