Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, curriculum- aligned tuition in GCSE English language and Literature.
Design personalised learning plans that target specific gaps and exam objectives.
Support learners with different needs, including those with mild SEN or low confidence.
Use a range of teaching strategies to enhance comprehension, writing and analysis skills.
Track and report on student progress, maintaining open communication with parent/ carers or support staff.Requirement:
PGCE in Secondary Education or PGCE in English
Minimum 1 year experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.Desired:
QTS ( Qualified Teacher Status)
