Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a live school project in Hastings.

Key Responsibilities

  * Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors.

  * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.

  * Manage site inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS and H&S compliance.

  * Coordinate trades, deliveries and site logistics.

  * Liaise with the project team and school representatives.

  * Maintain safe segregation between construction works, pupils and staff.

  * Monitor progress, quality and snagging.

  * Maintain site records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.

Requirements

  * Enhanced DBS – essential.

  * SMSTS.

  * CSCS card.

  * First Aid at Work.

  * Previous Site Manager experience.

  * Strong H&S and subcontractor management experience.

  * Previous school or occupied-building experience preferred
