Permanent Enterprise Account Executive - Hybrid Position - 3 days in the office in NW5 - £75K OTE year 1

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding their enterprise client base and deepening partnerships with leading national brands in the logistics, construction, manufacturing and retails sectors.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales position focused on designing and delivering tailored training and compliance solutions that align with each client’s strategic goals.
As part of the position you will:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise-level organisations.
* Partner with clients to identify workforce challenges and design ROI-driven training solutions.
* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and renewals.
* Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline using Salesforce, meeting quarterly and annual targets.
* Collaborate closely with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
* Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders – HR, Operations, Procurement and L&D leaders.
To be considered we are looking for some with:
* Proven track record in consultative B2B or enterprise sales, ideally within training, logistics or workforce development.
* Experience with enterprise level business development and managing six- or seven-figure contracts.
* Skilled in solution-based selling and communicating commercial value and ROI.
Insite are based in NW5, the position is 3 days in the office ( Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with 2 days from home.
The basic salary is between £45-55K dependent on experience with a realistic year 1 OTE of £75K, this is uncapped so you can earn moreBefore You Apply
