What you’ll do:

Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to Tangent's services.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

Understanding Client Needs: Proactively understand your clients' business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
*
Value Demonstration: Demonstrate the value of Tangent's services by providing regular updates, insights, and best practice recommendations.

Adoption and Engagement: Drive product adoption and engagement through training, support, and proactive communication.
*
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating where necessary.
*
Retention and Growth: Work to reduce churn and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
*
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to improve our services.

Advocacy: Encourage clients to become advocates for Tangent through testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any potential issues to ensure success.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular client reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
