Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY Location: Reading Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 This is a great opportunity for a recent geology, geoscience, environmental engineering, earth science or geophysics graduate to join an expanding team of Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical consultants. You'll be working on a variety of Ground Investigation projects in and around the Reading area, applying your educational knowledge and developing amongst the team. This Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer role offers: A competitive salary (£25,000 - £28,000). Opportunity to work within a small and focused team for quick skill progression. Full training provided. Company car provided.The successful Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer applicant will be writing factual and interpretive reports, borehole logging, soil and rock sampling, trial pitting, groundwater and gas monitoring and shadowing senior members of the team to develop skills. This Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer role, based near Reading, requires: A degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology (or a similar relevant subject). Enthusiasm to work outdoors and in a hands-on role. Commutable to Reading, and willing to travel for work. Full UK driving licence.
