ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION ARTWORKER – SIGNAGE MANUFACTURING – BRACKLEY – FULL TIME – COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE + OVERTIME

Our client is a well-established signage manufacturer, supplying high-quality products across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Artworker to join their team in Brackley.
THE ROLE
Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules
Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)
Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools
Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production
Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references
Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements
Full training on in-house processes provided
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00.
THE PERSON
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environment
Must live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley
THE PACKAGE
Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate when required
Full training provided on internal systems and processes
