Entry-Level IT Recruitment Consultant 

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped 35% commission, bonus schemes, holiday incentives, team rewards & more.

What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll quickly become a specialist in your own niche tech market. Your day to day will involve:

Building relationships and earning trust with clients and candidates
Growing your own client base using business development and market insights
Sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent using a range of attraction methods
Running the full recruitment cycle from first contact to job offer
After completing our structured training programme & building your own market, you'll develop into a true expert 

What We're Looking For

You don't need technical knowledge we'll teach you everything you need. What matters is your attitude:

Sales or customer-facing experience is a strong plus (over 6months is ideal)
Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills
Competitive, resilient, and motivated to meet targets and smash goals
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
No IT experience needed, just drive, ambition, and great people skills
