Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Belfast
Location: Belfast City Centre

What You'll Do:
Source, engage, and manage top IT talent.

Hit targets, earn uncapped commission, and grow your career fast.
What We're Looking For:
6+ months' experience in sales or customer-facing roles is ideal, but drive and ambition matter most.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Competitive, resilient, and hungry to succeed.
Must be able to commute to Belfast.
