Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Ramsgate, our client provides high-quality services to global aerospace customers. As the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, you will lead EHS strategy across three UK sites, driving safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
* Lead risk assessments and investigations across all locations
* Deliver training and promote safety awareness initiatives
* Maintain EHS records, reports, and improvement plans
* Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
* Support environmental initiatives and sustainability goals
* Manage COSHH and health surveillance programmes
What we’re looking for:
* Proven EHS management experience
* In-depth knowledge of UK HSE laws and ISO 45001/14001
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (desirable)
