Job Description
Our client, a prominent player in the HTP sector, is currently seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Manager Consultant to manage and lead environmental initiatives on a contract basis within the highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing environmental and sustainability strategies for highway projects
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards
Conducting environmental impact assessments and preparing detailed reports
Coordination with project teams to integrate sustainability practices
Providing expert advice on environmental and sustainability issues
Monitoring and reporting on environmental performance and sustainability metrics
Engaging with stakeholders to promote environmental awareness and best practices
Managing environmental audits and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
Job Requirements:
Experience in environmental and sustainability management within the highways sector
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies
Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
