EPC Surveyor (Domestic Energy Assessor) – Contract Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified EPC Surveyor (Domestic Energy Assessor) to join our client’s team on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with strong knowledge of RdSAP and a commitment to delivering high-quality assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys across residential properties
* Accurately collect data on property construction, dimensions, and energy systems
* Produce and lodge EPCs in compliance with RdSAP methodology
* Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and accreditation standards
* Manage a personal schedule and attend pre-booked appointments
* Deliver accurate, high-quality reports within agreed deadlines
Requirements
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with current accreditation
* Demonstrable experience carrying out EPC surveys
* Strong understanding of RdSAP methodology
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable:
